Answer: Yes, CommentSold integrates with Shopify with just one click, and your inventory is synced instantly. No additional integrations, add-ons or costs are necessary.
Answer: The Shopify Integration allows you to have the same products and inventory on both Shopify and CommentSold. Selling an item on one platform updates the inventory on the other platform, automatically.
Answer: CommentSold does not integrate with other website hosts. However, all of our plans come with an extensively customizable website creator (also called CMS).

The CommentSold 15-day trial is only available to those signing up for the Starter/Individual plan. During the trial, you will have full access to the features included in the Starter/Individual plan for 15 days before your credit card is charged the monthly subscription fee. You can cancel at any time before the end of the 15-day trial period to avoid the monthly subscription charge. Transaction fees are still applicable during the trial period.
Answer: At this time, CommentSold is unavailable outside the United States. However, we plan to expand outside of the U.S. in the future. If you’d like to follow along with CommentSold updates to see when we expand to Canada, you can subscribe to our Insights Blog or follow us on Facebook.
Answer: Yes, we do integrate with Shopify as well as offer our own easy-to-use POS system that comes with inventory, shipping, and fulfillment automation.
Answer: CommentSold’s Facebook integration allows you to sell directly on Facebook through social media comments and livestreams. All your Facebook shoppers need to do is comment “sold” along with the item number of what they wish to purchase, and our system will do the rest. The CommentSold software will send them an email or direct message through Facebook Messenger where they can view their cart and check out.
Answer: Avalara accounts are included with your CommentSold account. With this integration, Avalara automatically calculates the sales tax for you (including all states in the US) and stores this information for you to review/remit sales tax, including sales tax for returns. Avalara can also file and pay this sales tax for you for an additional fee.

Answer: CommentSold’s TikTok integration allows you to sell directly on TikTok by tagging products. All TikTok orders are fulfilled directly from your centralized CommentSold inventory. As with live selling on other channels, automated invoicing and advanced fulfillment are part of the new TikTok integration.
Answer: CommentSold’s Dropship program partners you with nationally-recognized brands, allowing businesses to offer new and exciting products to shoppers without purchasing samples or warehousing. Once your shoppers place an order, your dropship partner automatically ships the products to your customers. You can request a dropship allocation, which adds a set number of product inventory units to your account and starts your three-week window to sell the inventory on all your live selling platforms directly.
